When and Where?
The reunion will be held June 24 - 26, 2022, at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Many reunion activities will be centered around the Southwest Residential Area of campus and we currently anticipate Pierpont will be available for both reunion activities and on-campus residence hall lodging. 

Reunion Fees
Before May 13: $60.00/person.
After May 13: $95.00/person.

Note: as part of the registration you will need to agree to the following attestation: "As part of my registration, I do attest that I am fully vaccinated with a minimum of one booster. If I am a close contact of someone who is positive for Covid within 10 days of the event, I will not attend, per quarantine protocol."

Saturday Reception
On Saturday evening there will be a reunion dinner and reception held at one of the award-winning UMass Dining Halls, featuring a cash bar, music, and dancing. A Saturday reception ticket can be purchased for $25.00 per attendee in advance. Pre-registered guests will be provided with a ticket in their registration folder. Tickets will also be available at the door for an additional fee.

Guest Registration
We encourage you to bring spouses, significant others, and offspring! However, registration is accepted on an individual basis. To register multiple attendees first register one attendee (a registration is considered complete once a payment method is selected). Once the first registration is completed, click the "Home" button located at the top of your screen, and then click "Create Additional Registration". You can then proceed through the form to add the second attendee. Instructions during the registration process will help guide you, but if you have any difficulties or would prefer to register by other means, please contact us at 413-577-8102 or registration@umass.edu for assistance!

On-Campus Dining
Either Berkshire or the Hampshire Dining Commons will be open for the reunion (the exact DC will not be determined until later in the spring). The Dining Commons will be open from 7AM - 8PM daily, and reunion guests can enjoy all-you-care to eat meals at the rates listed below (plus a 7% tax), payable by cash or card at the door.
Breakfast: $9.50          Lunch: $12.50          Dinner: $15.50

On-Campus Lodging
Staying on-campus is the most convenient way to enjoy the reunion. Read below for a quick synopsis of each option, or click the "On-Campus Lodging" tab above to learn more.

Residence Hall     Single Room: $41/person/night. Double Room: $38/person/night.
Both single and double rooms are available for our reunion guests in a traditional-style residence hall in the Southwest Residential Area. At this time we anticipate housing on-campus residence hall guests in Pierpont. Single occupancy rooms are available for $41.00 per person, per night, and double occupancy rooms are available for $38.00 per person, per night. Rooms are available for the nights of Friday, June 24, through Saturday, June 25, checking-out on Sunday, June 26. You can reserve a residence hall room during the reunion registration process. For more information please click the "On-Campus Lodging" tab above.

Hotel UMass     
Rated the best hotel in Amherst and seated in the center of the picturesque UMass Amherst campus, Hotel UMass is another convenient option for our on-campus guests. To inquire about availability, please contact the hotel directly at www.hotelumass.com or 877-822-2110.

Parking
Complimentary parking is available for all attendees in the large surface parking lot near Southwest (Lot 33). A parking pass for the lot will be available at the on-site registration and at the residence hall check-in desk. Guests staying at Hotel UMass will also be able to obtain a complimentary parking pass to the Campus Center Parking Garage at hotel check-in. 

Cancellation Fee
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to UMass Conference Services: registration@umass.edu. Attendees cancelling their registration by the close of business (5PM EDT) on June 17, 2022, will receive a full refund less a $60.00 cancellation-processing fee. If your registration total is less than $60.00 you will forfeit the total registration amount paid. If your registration total is greater than $60.00, you will be issued a refund less a $60.00 cancellation-processing fee. No refunds will be granted for any cancellations received after 5PM EDT on Friday, June 17, 2022.

We are seeking volunteers for general reunion-related tasks, volunteers for specific projects/workshops during the reunion, suggestions for activities, and any other ideas you'd like to share! During registration you will be able to indicate interest in volunteering and/or leading a project and can enter in suggestions for reunion activities. University policies                         Please note the following University policies: All tobacco products; including electronic cigarettes, are prohibited on UMass campus.                                                          (Inside and on the grounds).
                                                      Firearms are prohibited.
                                                      Drugs: no illegal drugs allowed. If an individual refuses to comply with university
                                                      policies or state laws, they will be dismissed from the reunion, with a loss of any monies paid.

Covid protocols                             Maintaining an environment where the risk of Covid transmission is minimized is essential and brings unique challenges to event
                                                      planning. We are requesting all registrants to be fully vaccinated with a minimum of 1 booster. We request that you do not attend
                                                      any part of the reunion weekend if you aren’t compliant with this request.

On-Campus: Traditional Residence Hall     Single Room: $41/person/night. Double Room: $38/person/night.
Relive your UMass days and stay in a single or double occupancy room in a traditional, low-rise Southwest residence hall! On-campus residence hall lodging is not only the most convenient and affordable option in the area, but it will truly put you in the heart of the reunion: in reunions past, the residence hall has functioned as the main gathering space throughout the weekend. Rooms are furnished with a twin bed, a desk, and a dresser per guest, and each guest will be provided with a linen pack consisting of two flat sheets, a pillow with case, a blanket and two towels. Shared bathrooms are located in the hall.

At this time we anticipate using Pierpont for this year's reunion.

Area Lodging  
For easiest access to all reunion activities, we recommend staying on-campus (and in the residence halls!) when possible. However, if space has filled or you prefer to stay elsewhere, the Amherst area is filled with many other hotels, motels and bed & breakfasts.
