Alumni are more than welcome to bring guests! During the registration process you will have the option of adding a guest registration onto your account

Payment Procedures
Payment is accepted by card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or check. During the registration process you will be asked to select a payment method - credit/debit card or check. Those who select to pay by card will be brought to our secure online payment gateway. Those who select to pay by check will be brought to detailed mailing instructions. Payment should be received in full by September 22.

Late and Cancellation Policies
Registrations received after September 22 will be assessed a $40.00 late fee. Cancellations received by September 29 will be issued a refund less a cancellation-processing fee. Cancellations should be submitting in writing to the Registration Office by email ( registration@umass.edu) or fax (413-577-8130).

Location

The reunion will be will be held at a variety of buildings at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Events will take place in Morrill (rooms 129 and 254), the Campus Center (11th floor Marriott Center and 10th floor Amherst Room) and the Integrated Sciences Building (auditorium 135). Parking

On weekdays before 5PM parking is limited and strictly enforced on campus. If you arrive before 5PM on a weekday, please park in the Campus Center Parking Garage, located at 1 Campus Center Way, Amherst, MA, 01003. Parking in the Campus Center Parking Garage is free for Hotel UMass guests. Attendees not staying at the hotel can park for a discounted rate of $6.50/day (pick up a coupon at registration!).

If you arrive after 5PM or attend events throughout the weekend, many surface lots around campus are free: avoid any lot marked as 24-hour reserved and any spots marked as reserved for certain staff/campus guests. For those attending the event in Morrill on Thursday night from 6 - 8PM the closest parking lot is Lot 62. Friday attendees should park in the Campus Center Parking Garage. Weekend guests can park in a surface lot near the ISB or Campus Center that is not marked as 24-hour reserved.

Note: those staying at Hotel UMass will be provided with complimentary parking to the Campus Center Parking Garage at hotel check-in, located on the 3rd floor of the Campus Center.

Accessible Parking
Attendees with a valid state-issued reserved accessible license plate or placard may park in any marked Handicap Space or any nonrestricted, nonreserved space or lot, at no charge, as long as your plate or placard is clearly displayed at all times during your stay. To locate reserved accessible parking visit the UMass Parking Map, select the blue parking icon on the right, and check off the "Handicapped Parking" option. All vehicles, regardless of disabled placards or plates, must pay when utilizing the Campus Center Parking Garage.

Driving to Campus

From the North: From I-91 South, take exit 25 in Deerfield. At the end of the ramp, turn left and follow the road to the intersection. Turn right onto Routes 5 & 10 South. Go 1 mile, then turn left onto Route 116 South. Follow Route 116 South for 8 miles to the UMass exit.

From the East: Take Route 2 West to Exit 16 (Belchertown/Amherst). From Route 2 take Route 202 South for about 15 miles to a blinking yellow light at Amherst Road. You will see signs "to Route 9/Route 116". Turn right and follow Amherst Road (which becomes Pelham Road) for 7 miles to Amherst center. Follow signs to UMass.

From the South: From I-91 North, take Exit 19 in Northampton. From the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 9. Travel approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North. Turn left at the traffic lights to merge onto Route 116 North. Take the UMass exit in 1 mile.

From the West: Take Route 2 East to the Greenfield/I-91 exit. Take I-91 South to Exit 25, Deerfield. At the end of the ramp turn left and follow the road to the intersection. Turn right onto Routes 5 & 10 South. Go 1 mile, then turn left onto Route 116 South. Follow Route 116 South for 8 miles to the UMass exit.

From I-90 (Mass Pike): Take Exit 4 (West Springfield). Follow I-91 North to Exit 19. From the exit ramp, turn right onto Route 9. Travel approximately 4.5 miles to Route 116 North (turn left at traffic lights). The UMass exit is 1 mile up.

On-Campus Dining

Campus Center Eateries
The Blue Wall, located in the Campus Center, is one of the most popular and convenient dining options on campus. The Blue Wall has 10 different stations served a-la-carte, including pizza, salads, wraps, deli sandwiches, sushi, burgers, burritos, gelato, and more. Harvest Market, located on the main concourse of the Campus Center, is a full service market serving healthy, sustainable, and delicious fare for our on the go customers. The hot bar features Indian, Ethiopian, traditional American, and many other world cuisines, and the salad bar is always stocked with in-season ingredients and freshly prepared composed salads. Additional highlights include a Chobani yogurt bar, all natural and organic snacks, local cheeses and deli meats, grab-and-go salads and sandwiches, and a made-to-order juice and smoothie bar. Need a quick pick-me-up or caffeine fix? People's Organic Coffee, located on the main concourse of the Campus Center across from Harvest Market, serves People's Organic Fair Trade coffees, as well as a variety of specialty coffee beverages, organic teas, locally baked pastries, fresh cookies, salads and paninis.

Dining Commons
Served all-you-care-to-eat style, award-winning Berkshire Dining Commons will be open during your stay. Meal options often include sushi, a salad bar, pho noodles, pizza, deli sandwiches, create-your-own stir-fry, a pasta bar and a range of desserts and ice cream. University Club and Restaurant
The University Club and Restaurant, more fondly referred to as The UClub, is the eminent fine dining establishment at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Registration does not include lodging, so attendees must be sure to make their own arrangements! A variety of large chain hotels are located a 5 - 10 minute drive from the UMass Campus in neighboring Hadley, including the Holiday Inn, Comfort Inn, Econo Lodge, Howard Johnson, and Courtyard by Marriott. Looking for something a little different? Amherst, Northampton, and the surrounding area are home to many lovely inns and bed & breakfasts, including the Black Walnut Inn and the Lord Jeffrey Inn, among others, all located within a 10 - 20 minute drive of campus.
