If you select to pay by check you will be brought to further instructions. All registrations and payments should be received by May 17, 2017: any registration and/or payment received after this date will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.

Commonwealth Honors College Residential Community
Symposium attendees have the opportunity to book a room in our newest residential area, the Commonwealth Honors College Residential Community (CHCRC). CHCRC sits conveniently near the heart of campus, close to the Campus Center, the main library, and the Recreation Center. Consisting of six air-conditioned residence halls, CHCRC offers single or double occupancy rooms in a suite-style configuration. Each suite accommodates a total of 4 guests: some suites have 1 double room and 2 single rooms, some suites have 2 double rooms, and some suites have 4 single rooms. One shared bathroom is located in each suite. Bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed, a desk, and a dresser per guest, and each guest will be provided with a linen pack consisting of two flat sheets, a pillow with case, a blanket, and two towels.
Attendees can reserve a CHCRC residence hall room using this registration page ($49.00/night for a single room; $46.00/person/night for a double room). Each guest must register separately. During the registration process you can enter in special requests and housing needs, including suitemate/roommate requests and/or accessibility needs. Note: at this time we do not know which of the six CHCRC residence halls will be used - additional details will be provided as soon as possible to all registered guests.
