Plan A 3-Day Seminar - $350   (includes all sessions, all breakfasts, all breaks, all lunches, and the social)
Plan B 3-Day Seminar - $325   (includes all sessions, all lunches, all breaks, and the social)
Plan C 3-Day Seminar - $250   (includes all sessions, all breaks, and the social)
One Day Seminar - $150   
(includes sessions, breaks, and lunch on the day of attendance)

Note: the rates above are for registrations/payments received by September 21, 2019. Registrations/payments received after this date will be assessed an additional $40.00 late fee (see below)

Late Fee Policy
All registrations and/or payments received after September 21, 2019, will be assessed a $40.00 late fee. During the online registration process you may select to pay online with a credit or debit card using our secure online gateway, or you may select to send in a check at a later time. If you select to send a check you must postmark your payment on or before September 21 to avoid being charged an $40.00 late fee. If you need an invoice sent to facilitate payment please complete your online registration and then send an invoice request to the UMass Conference Services Registration Office (registration@umass.edu, 413-577-8102). If you are unable to submit/postmark payment September 21 you may avoid the late fee if you provide proof of payment processing to the Registration Office by 5 p.m. on September 21. Accepted documentation for a late fee waiver include a purchase order, a copy of the check request/warrant and/or check, or a letter from a financial department representative confirming the check amount and estimated delivery date. 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made directly with the UMass Conference Services Registration Office. All cancellations received by the UMass Conference Services Registration Office by the close of business on September 27, 2019, will receive a full refund less a $60.00 cancellation-processing fee. Cancellations received after the close of business on September 27, 2019, will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made by phone must be followed with a written confirmation of cancellation by email or fax. Seminar Sign-in
On-site sign-in for registered attendees and for those wishing to register on-site will be held on Monday, October 7, from 7 a.m. - 11 a.m. on the first floor Campus Center Concourse. The program begins at 7 a.m. with classes starting at 8:30 a.m. Those arriving after 11:00 a.m. on Monday, or any time thereafter, must come to the UMass Conference Services Registration Office between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (room 810 on the 8th floor of the Campus Center).

On-Campus Lodging at Hotel UMass
Rated the best hotel in Amherst, Hotel UMass is located at the heart of campus in the Murray D. Lincoln Campus Center. The convenience of staying at Hotel UMass is unmatched - only an elevator ride separates your well appointed room from your classes and meals. Rooms are available for seminar attendees at the discounted rate of $145.00 per room, per night (plus applicable fees). Interested guests must make a reservation directly with the hotel and must reference group code NEB19C to receive the discounted rate. We encourage you to make your reservation early - this discounted rate is only available until September 6, 2019, or until the hotel fills. Parking is available in the Campus Center Parking Garage, located at 1 Campus Center Way in Amherst, MA 01003. Campus Center Way is located off of Commonwealth Avenue, across the street from the Mullins Center. Turn onto Campus Center Way and proceed up the hill to enter the garage. After entering the Campus Center follow the signs to the seminar sign-in desk, located down the escalators on the 1st floor. Three day parking passes may be purchased for $25 in advance when registering.

Reminder: the garage is now automated! You should park as usual, but bring your gate ticket inside with you. Hotel UMass guests will need to provide this gate ticket upon hotel check-in to receive a validated parking pass. Attendees who purchase a 3-day parking pass during registration will be provided with a parking pass at the seminar sign-in desk. As you leave each day, but before you get to your car, you will need to stop at a pay station, insert your gate ticket, and scan this pass. The machine will validate and return your gate ticket at no additional charge. You will then go to your car, drive to the exit, and insert this validated gate ticket to raise the exit gate. Attendees who select a 1-day registration plan will be provided with a parking coupon at the seminar sign-in desk. As you leave for the day, but before you get to your car, you will need to stop at a pay station, insert your gate ticket, scan this coupon, and submit payment.
