The Campus Center Parking Garage is now automated!
If you are a commuter, take a gate ticket, park, and bring your gate ticket in with you. When you check-in at the registration desk you will be provided with a complimentary parking coupon for each day of the program. As you leave each day, but before you get back to your car, you will need to stop at a pay station (located on levels 2, 3 and 4 of the garage). Enter your gate ticket in the pay station and, when prompted, scan the QR code on the parking coupon. This will validate your gate ticket without requiring any payment. Take your validated gate ticket from the machine and proceed to your car. As you drive out of the garage enter your validated gate ticket to raise the exit gate. Note: there is a Parking Services Office located on the 2nd level of the garage, right at the entrance to the Campus Center. If you experience any difficulty with the parking pass or pay station, please stop by the Parking Services Office for assistance.
If you are staying at Hotel UMass, take a gate ticket, park, and bring your gate ticket in with you. You will pick-up your program materials at the registration desk, but you will receive your parking pass when you check-in at the hotel (available after 3 p.m. on your date of arrival). At hotel check-in provide the desk clerk with your gate ticket. The desk clerk will validate your gate ticket and provide you with a parking pass valid for the duration of your stay. Note you will not need to stop at a pay station.
On-Campus and Area Lodging Reservations

A block of discounted rooms is being held at Hotel UMass, located in the Campus Center, at a rate of $140/room/night (plus applicable fees).
