Residence Hall Details
Staying in one of our on-campus residence halls is the most convenient and economical way to be close to tournament activities, campus amenities, and award-winning UMass dining!
Tournament attendees can book a residence hall suite in the Commonwealth Honors College Residential Complex (CHCRC). CHCRC features air-conditioned suite style living. Suite configurations may differ depending on availability, but every suite accommodates a total of 4 guests: some suites have 1 double room and 2 single rooms, while other suites have 2 double rooms. Bedrooms are furnished with a twin bed and a dresser per guest. Each suite also has one full private bathroom. Linen is not provided, but linen packs consisting of two towels, two flat sheets, a blanket and a pillow with case are available for $12/pack. At least one parent/guardian must stay in each suite to provide players with adult supervision. CHCRC is located right across the street from a number of tournament fields and is a short walk from various dining options, including the popular Campus Center eateries.
Rooms are available from Thursday, July 18, through Sunday, July 21 (checking-out on Monday, July 22). A two-night minimum stay is required. Guests wishing to arrive a night early or stay a night late should contact the UMass Conference Services Registration Office to inquire about availability. Check-in is available starting at 1:00 p.m. on your date of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on your date of departure.

Suites are $230.00 per night (plus a 3% administrative fee) and are available for the nights of Thursday, July 18, through Sunday, July 21 (checking-out on Monday, July 22). Reservation & Payment Procedure
Reservations are accepted online: simply click Register Now at the top of this page to complete your reservation! Reservations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 3 (or until space fills), so early registration is encouraged.
To complete your reservation you must pay a minimum non-refundable deposit of $236.90 by credit/debit card at the time of booking. If you only select to pay this minimum deposit and do not pay your full balance due, you must submit payment in full by the close of business (5 p.m. ET) on Wednesday, July 3, or your booking will be subject to cancellation.
Cancellation and Reservation Policies
Cancellation Policy: Reservation cancellations received by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 3, will receive a refund less a $230.00 cancellation-fee and any administrative fees. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the UMass Conference Services Registration Office: firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations, including no-shows, will be ineligible for a refund after 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 3.
Two-Night Stay Required: A minimum two-night stay is required.
Minimum Deposit Due at Booking: A minimum non-refundable deposit of $236.90 is required at the time of booking. You may select to pay your full balance due, or only select to pay this minimum deposit. If you only submit this minimum deposit, full payment must be received by 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 3, or your booking will be subject to cancellation.
Guest Limit per Apartment: A maximum of four guests are allowed in each suite. At least one guest in each apartment must be a parent/guardian over the age of 18.
Reservation Deadline: Reservations will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, July 3, or until space fills.
Required Authorization Form: The main contact must complete and return a completed Credit Card Authorization Form to the Registration Office by Wednesday, July 3. This form will be kept securely on file for the duration of your reservation and will only be charged in the event of any lost/damaged room keys and/or access cards, or in the event of any residence hall damages beyond normal wear and tear. This card will also be charged if you only book Thursday and Friday but due to championship playoffs and/or tournament schedule changes end up needing to add additional night(s) on-site.
