Food is Medicine, Food is Love
Our theme for this year, Food is Medicine and Food is Love, will aim to accelerate foodservice concepts into the next generation - one that embraces health, sustainability, and food ethics, to meet the increasing diversity of consumer preferences.

Full week registration by Friday, April 22nd is $725. After April 22nd, full week registration is $750. One-day registration is also available at a rate of $199 for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and $499 for Friday. The last day to register and pay before the $40 late registration fee is Friday, May 20th. Cancellations received by the Registration office by the close of business on May 27th will receive a full refund less a $60 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after May 27th.
