Registration will be available on the 1st floor of the Campus Center from 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 12. After 9:30 a.m., registration will be available until 5 p.m. on the 8th floor of the Campus Center (room 810) on Friday, April 12.

Parking
Parking will be available in the Campus Center Parking Garage, located at 1 Campus Center Way at UMass Amherst. Upon your arrival to the garage we recommend following the Hotel UMass/Campus Center signs to park down on Level 2, where there is a flat walkway into the Campus Center. Park and take your gate ticket with you. For those staying at Hotel UMass, provide your gate ticket at hotel check-in (available in the 3rd floor hotel lobby after 3PM on your date of arrival). The desk clerk will then validate your ticket and provide you with a complimentary parking pass valid for the duration of your visit (you will not need to stop at a paystation). For those commuting to campus, obtain a parking coupon for the garage at the registration table (one per day of attendance). As you leave each day, but before you get to your car, stop at one of the pay stations. Pay stations are located on levels 2, 3 and 4 of the garage. Enter your gate ticket and, when prompted, scan the QR code on the coupon we provided. This will discount your parking to, at most, $6.50/day. Submit payment and wait for your gate ticket to be returning. You can then go to your car and exit the garage, entering your now validated gate ticket into the kiosk at the garage exit to raise the gate. Repeat this process each day.
