Our red-carpet themed celebration will bring you an unforgettable night filled with live music, dancing, a costume contest, award winning cuisine, and a spectacular countdown to midnight.

Schedule/Location
Theme & Dress Code: Elegant attire, dress as your favorite movie star.
Date: Wednesday, December 31, 2025, to Thursday, January 1, 2026.
Location: UMass Amherst Student Union, with complimentary parking in the Campus Center Parking Garage.
Pre-Event Cocktail Reception: 7 to 8PM, Student Union Pre-Function Area; featuring two complimentary drink tickets per guest, cash bar after.
Dinner & Dancing: 8PM to 12:30AM, Student Union Ballroom.
Ticket Information
Tickets are $100.00 per person. Tickets for children 12 or under are $35.00 per child. Guests may reserve a room at Hotel UMass for $150.00, per room, per night, plus fees. To purchase a room at Hotel UMass, first complete your New Year's Eve Celebration ticket purchase. Once that is completed, an informational email will be sent with instructions on how to book at Hotel UMass at the exclusive discounted event rate. Note this discounted hotel rate is only available once you complete the purchase of the New Year's Eve ticket. Payment is accepted online by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) or with a UMass Speedtype. The deadline to register is December 25, 2025.
Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you find you need to cancel your registration and want to transfer your ticket to another attendee, please email a cancellation notice to registration@umass.edu with the name of the new guest(s) and their email address. Please note registration to this event, including Hotel UMass lodging, is non-refundable.
